These General Terms and Conditions govern the access to, and use of, the website www.mykonianspiti.com (hereinafter the “Website”) and any other affiliate websites – attributable to the main website – that are licensed to and/or owned and/or managed by Mykonian Spiti & Farm, registered in Athens (hereinafter the “Company”).
You are permitted to use the Website and any other affiliate websites solely on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Because our Terms & Conditions contain legal obligations, please read this agreement carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by the Company. By accessing the Website you confirm to have understood and agreed to it.
Terms of use
The Website allows the user to directly process a reservation and purchase order for guided tours, sightseeings, activity as well as and additional travel packages (the global offer will be hereinafter the “Product”).
By using the Website and any other affiliate websites, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, which shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms & Conditions, please do not access and use the Website and any other affiliate websites.
The Company may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. You should regularly access this section on the Website in order to check the publication of the most recent and updated Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Website and any other affiliate websites after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended. No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of the Company.
You must provide true, accurate and complete data and an e-mail that corresponds exclusively to your personal data and not that of a third party. The supplying of true and accurate data, including personal contact information, is a necessary requirement for the use of the Product offered by the Company. You also agree to use the Website and any other affiliate websites only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment. You agree not to use the Website and any other affiliate websites to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.
Occasionally our company might make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. The Company may change, suspend or discontinue the Website and any other affiliate websites at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. The Company may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of this Website without notice or liability.
Registration & User Accounts
While you process a reservation and purchase of order you will be always required to inform your personal data and you will be fully responsible of all the information given.
You are liable for any possible damage caused or prejudices against the Company or third parties caused by the use, loss, misappropriation and/or compromising of the confidentiality of the Credentials. All operations carried out through your Credentials shall be attributed to you.
If you are aware of personal credentials of other users, you cannot anyway make reservations without prior permission from the rightful owner of the codes. If you do not respect this condition, the Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, take legal action against any abuse and deception.
Booking procedures
To place an order for the purchase of one or more Product on the Website, you must select the relevant Product and fill in the online information required. The purchase is composed of a “personal detail” page including personal information and of a second section allowing payment process. For any eventual further check, you may be asked to authorize the Company to verify the truthfulness of the personal data and any other information provided and undertakes to cooperate with the Company during such verification.
By submitting a purchase to the company, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
Product Information and Price
For each specific Product you will find the specifications and information in the “product description” on the Website. In this section you will also see the price of the relevant Product. Please ensure that you have carefully read all pricing information and cancellation policy on the Website before placing an order. By placing your order, you state to have fully read and understood the “product description” of the selected Supplier’s Service and Product.
All products purchased through this website are of shared (group) status, therefore you may be joined by other participants.

Product Validity and Price Inclusion / Exclusion
All Product offered through the Website is valid as per the dates displayed at the Website. The Company is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.
The Company reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to remove from the Website any product at any time without prior notice. This removal does not affect any existing booking already booked and confirmed by Company. Any existing booking will be honored as per reservation at the time of booking.
Product rate is the same feature and current at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax.
Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions” on the product pages of the Website.
Each Product has its specific inclusions. Please carefully read the “Product description” on the Website to see what is included / not included in joining a specific experience booked through the Website. For any doubt or further details about Product inclusions you can contact our customer service sending an e-mail to info@mykonianspiti.com.
Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a result, the Company reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or Product that you have booked through the Website and any other affiliate websites at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.
Payment
Once you have chosen the Product to be booked and have filled the Order form, you will have the option to proceed with payment with: A) Your personal credit card (the Company accept main credit cards – if you use any third party’s credit card you may be requested to show authorization to pay the booking with that credit card. B) Wire Transfer where you will be sent our bank account details right after the form is submitted.
The price charged will be the one present on the site at the time of confirmation with no extra costs applied directly by the Company. Any eventual supplement to the initial price will be due to factors outside the control of the Company. The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on the Website and any other affiliate websites. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees. At present, all payments are in Euros.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners & Discover. Payments are taken securely online through Viva Payments services.
Once the payment is definitely executed, you will receive a confirmation message by mail by the Website with all the instructions necessary regarding your pick up from your hotel or port which serves as a voucher for each tour or service booked.

Booking Amendment
Even when a Product has been already reserved and payment already processed, it may be still possible to amend reservation contacting our customer service by e-mail or using the relative form in “Contact Us” section in the Website.
Amendments are usually accepted free of charge if made in the respect of the cancellation policy as per the “Product description” of each specific product on the Website.
Date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability however the Company will do its best to satisfy customers needing but cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.
Occasionally, additional fees may be required to replace reservation due to last minute amendment. This decision is at Company’s sole discretion and the user will be charged extra fees by the Company during amendment process on the Website or directly at meeting point before the the execution of the product.
Booking Cancellation, Refund & Pick-up details
Each product has its specific page with all the details, including the terms and penalties for cancellations. If you cancel any reservation in respect of such terms you will be notified via email and will be confirmed relative refund. Sometimes cancelling process may affect few cancellation fees applied by the Company to cover administrative costs management or for any other reasonable cause.
For cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the tour/activity, clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount. For cancellations less than 48 hours (0-48) prior to the tour/activity, no refund requests will be accepted.
Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 48 hours before the tour or activity), for any reason, will not be accepted.
Cancellations for private bookings are non-refundable for any reason.
Our company is not responsible for the client’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the booked tour or activity.
Last minute cancellation of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our company’s responsibility, therefore any refund requests due to such incidents will not be accepted. Should the client be aware of such a change, he/she is requested to communicate with our company more than 48 hours before the tour or activity starts, in order to discuss possible date or time amendment (subject to availability)
All clients are kindly requested to send their preferred meeting point and location until 3:00pm of the previous date, regarding their pick-up for the booked tour or activity. Should they fail to do so, our company will do anything it can in order to locate them (telephone, email, etc), however it is not responsible for any failure to meet them. Meeting points could be, anywhere on the island and the information necessary is either the hotel name or the name of the cruise ship they are arriving with. In the occasion that they are staying at an apartment, clients are requested to send us a google map, a nearby hotel or any information that would help us locate them. Any delay of behalf of the client (up until 15 minutes that we will be waiting for them) affects the transfer schedule and disrupts the smooth conduct of the tour/activity.
For no-name accommodations, our company will set the most convenient location for the pick-up.
For accommodations that are located in a pedestrian zone, our company will set the best possible pick-up point.
Changes to our policy
This policy replaces all previous versions and is correct as of April 2020. We reserve the right to change the policy at any time.

Data We Collect
Online reservation procedure
Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
Data given automatically
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Data given from other sources
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
Data we share with others
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
